A. The only fee is your first month’s payment to confirm you want to work with us, there are no large setup fees or initial costs, just one simple monthly payment covers the consulting time, design, build and support of your businesses website and marketing plan creation.

A. If you choose a pay monthly package there is a minimum 12 month term. This is because we invest a lot of time in the initial consultations, design and build. We want you to be 100% happy and not only be with us for 12 months but as long as you need digital marketing services.

A. If you are on a pay monthly package after the 24 months the website is yours. You can take it elsewhere or we have packages you can switch to for marketing support and hosting only.

A. Yes, we’ll make sure of it. We will work closely with you to ensure that your fully aware of our plans and the website is designed just the way you want it. You’ll be given the opportunity to review your site throughout the design process to be sure that we’re heading in the right direction.

A. We keep going until you are 100% happy. That said we've a proven design process in place that's the foundation for our work, so you can rest assured what we do will work for your business. 

A. No problem. If you don’t need us to provide you with a new domain name, we can instead manage and renew your existing one for you.

A. Whilst we have clients throughout the UK, we are based in Lincoln, but we work remotely to ensure we have access to the best people we can find to ensure you always receive a high quality service.

A. This depends on the scope of the package you choose and the size of your business, if you require an entry package expect around a 3-4 week development period.
